The liability for my bill is not waived and that I agree to be held personally accountable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of The Ukee Peninsula charges.
Check-in: 4pm-9pm Check-out: 9am-11am
No noise policy after 10pm. Guest will be responsible for any refunds provided to neighboring guests should excessive noise continues past 10pm.
Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking inside rooms or on motel premises will incur a $200 fine, with the exception of smoking in designated smoking areas.
Pets are allowed within designated pet-friendly units at a fee of $50/pet/stay. Any unregistered pets found in non pet-friendly rooms will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
Guests checking out early before their original departure date will be charged 100% of their original reservation.
Early check-in before 2pm may be permitted for $25 based on availability.
Check out past 11am will incur the following charges: 12pm free based on availability, 1pm ($25), 2pm ($50), and 3pm ($100).
Unless late check-out has been requested, motel staff may pack up guest belongings left in the room past check-out time in order to clean the room.
Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible and may be subjected to fees up to $500 or equal to the cost to repair damages and any revenue lost due to said damages.
The Ukee Peninsula Motel reserves the right to use and disclose all written or video guest testimonials in its marketing and public relations efforts. We will not disclose any guest private information.
