First night’s room rate plus tax is due upon booking. Remaining balance is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of 100% of stay.

This rate plan is Non-Refundable. The Full Pre-Payment will be charged to the credit card on the reservation at time of booking.
Reservations are Non-Refundable if cancelled or changed.

A Deposit of First night Room & Taxes will be charged immediately upon confirming reservation. All refunds are subject to prevailing Cancellation policy for the dates reserved.

All Rates based on Double occupancy, additional fees may apply for third and fourth adults in same room. Hotel is completely non-smoking; a damage fee may be assessed for smoking in rooms. Children under 17 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult
Cleaning Fee - cleaning fee of $30 per reservation.
Pets allowed - $100 charge per pet. Only 2 pets per room allowed.
Early Checkout - Available; $75.00 USD service fee if not advised at check-in
Late Checkout - Based on Availability; $75.00USD up to 3:00pm
Extra Adult - Available at $30.00 USD For each third and fourth person in same room;
Extra Child – Free of Charge with Accompanying Adult
