A deposit equal to the first night's charge will be charged to your credit card. If the payment is unsuccessful for any reason, your reservation may be cancelled. The balance amount (if any) needs to be paid at the time of check in. Please note that we accept only cash, debit card, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX to finalize your account. THE CREDIT CARD BOOKED WITH AS WELL AS PHOTO ID ARE BOTH REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN & MUST BE IN THE NAME OF THE GUEST STAYING. Please note that Space Hotel will require a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) in the name of the guest, or cash deposit on arrival to cover any incidental charges. A valid form of photo identification (Passport or Driver's License, physical) will also be required. There is a 1.9% surcharge is applicable to online card payments.
Unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, all guests must be over the age of 18. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in shared dormitories.
A damage deposit of AUD $200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Space Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bookings at its sole discretion.
Space Hotel has house rules that guests must abide by during your stay with us. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund, further penalties may also apply. Below are our current house rules however please note that they are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. A current list will be available to you on check-in. 1. No drinking alcohol in communal areas or dorm rooms. 2. No large parties or get-togethers 3. Guests of Hotel patrons are not allowed in to the hotel at anytime without express permission. 4. Noise must be kept to a minimum. 5. Illicit drugs are not allowed anywhere within the Hotel. 6. We have a zero tolerance for abuse of any kind. Verbal, physical and or sexual abuse will not be tolerated and the authorities will be called. 7. Smoking or Vaping is not permitted in any internal areas of the hotel including all guest rooms. 8. Fire escapes are for emergency use only. 9. No more than the number of guests booked to stay per room are allowed in the Hotel at any time.
