- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Reservation and Cancellation
- Reservations: A valid credit card is required to guarantee reservations. Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit or full pre-payment, depending on the rate plan chosen.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a full stay charge.
- The hotel is allowed to autohrize your creditcard up to 6 months up on arrival. This way the hotel checks or your creditcard is valid to hold the booking. On arrival the autohrization will be voided and guests will be asked to pay either with card or cash.
3. Damage and Loss
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for repairs or replacement costs.
- Reporting Damage: Guests must report any damages or issues with their room or hotel facilities immediately to the front desk. Failure to do so may result in charges for damages not reported.
- Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe, or guests should use the hotel’s safe deposit service.

- Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are provided outside and inside the property. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in non-designated areas.
- Pet Friendly: Pets are allowed to stay with us at a additonial charge of 500 pesos will be charged per stay. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.

- Cleanliness: The hotel is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness and dispose of trash properly.
8. Use of Hotel Facilities
- Pool: Use of the pool facilities is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The hotel is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring in these areas.
9. Guest Property
- Lost and Found: The hotel will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items. Items found will be held for a period of 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of.
- Property Left Behind: The hotel is not responsible for items left behind in guest rooms or other areas. Guests are encouraged to check for personal belongings before checking out.
