Property and Cancelation Policies :
Standard Rate. If you opt for our Standard Rate and your stay is 7 days or less then we offer a generous cancellation policy. All remaining days will not be charged.
Non Refundable Rate. For the non refundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible, this is because we offered you a competitive rate on booking and you chose a lower rate and agreed that it would be non refundable in case of a cancellation. 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
Long stay. If your stay is more than 7 days then we will charge 25% of the outstanding rent as a cancellation charge. (This is because you will have been offered a reduced rate for a longer stay and we need to recover some of that discount via the cancelation charge).
