Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Standard reservations: If cancelled before 7 days of your arrival date, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the first night stay + taxes.
- Full Mansion Reservations:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to check-in.
- You may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
- If you cancel more than 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, no refund will be issued.
