Property and Cancelation Policies :
Final Deposit: The remaining deposit will be charged 7 days prior to your check-in date.
Cancellation Policies: In case of cancellation or modification, the notice should reach us as soon as possible. Any cancellation made within 7 to 1 days prior to your arrival will not be eligible for a refund. If you cancel 8 days or more before the check-in date, the initial deposit will be kept as credit for a future reservation. The credit will be valid for 12 months from the cancellation date. This credit can only be used for hotel accommodations, and not for hotel services, academy services, or restaurant consumptions. This credit is not eligible for a refund.
Note: For any cancellation, once any deposit (Initial/final) is not refundable.
Holidays (December 23rd-January 2nd, Easter & Thanksgiving): You will be charged for 100% of your reservation 30 days prior to your visit. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policies for Holidays: If the notice reaches us with 15 or more days before your arrival date, the amount paid will be kept as a credit available to use within 12 months after your check-in date. If the notice reaches us 15 days or less prior to your check-in date, the total amount previously paid is non-refundable in any way.
