Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If you cancel your booking 72 hours before your stay, your booking will be refunded in full.
- Bookings cancelled under 72 hours before your stay will be subject to the full charge of the entire stay.
- When booking a non-refundable room rate, as indicated when choosing your room, then this is under no circumstances refundable. A courtesy date change may be applied if there is availability to do so.
Terms and Conditions
- Entry to E1 Day Spa is included for all guests aged 18 and over, throughout your stay should you select a room rate that includes spa entry.
- A £3 per day, per person Gibraltar Sustainable Tourism Tax payable by all overnight visitors aged 12 and over.
- A £20 cleaning fee applies to each reservation
- A limited number of secure onsite parking spaces are available. These are subject to availability and must be booked and paid for in advance.
