Free modifications or cancellations are up to 48hs before your check-in. After this period, or in case of a no-show, we will have to charge the total amount of your reservation to the credit card used to make the reservation.
Once this period has expired, the property can make the full charge for your reservation within 48 hours prior to your arrival to the credit card used to confirm your reservation. If the payment is not processed, we will contact you before canceling the reservation.
*When you need to arrive after 11:00 p.m., let us know via e-mail or send us a WhatsApp, because your reservation will be automatically canceled at that time.

1. It is mandatory to present physical and original identification to check in, passport, or National Identity document.
2. Free modifications or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before check-in. After this period, or in case of a no-show, the total amount of your reservation will be charged to the card used to make the reservation.
3. The property can make the total charge for your reservation within 48 hours before your arrival to the credit card used when confirming the reservation. We will contact you before canceling the reservation if the payment is not processed.

*We have a luggage room, so you can leave your luggage for free for the day of check in and check out. After this time, a fee of USD 5 per day must be paid (subject to availability).
5. The entry of pets, alcoholic beverages, or psychoactive substances into the establishment is not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. There are designated smoking areas.
6. The room's air conditioning or heating is active only from 8:00 pm to 10:00 am. The schedule is stipulated according to the season and/or temperature, depending on the season.
7. We respect rest hours. We ask you to respect the hours of silence every day from 00:00 to 7:00 am.
8. We have lockers in the shared dormitories, but you need your own lock. If you do not travel with one, you can buy one at reception.
9. All guests must be over 18 years of age.
10. At Viajero Hostels, we strive to provide our guests with unique experiences. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we reserve the right to accept, decline, and, or remove any guest in circumstances that negatively impact the stay of other visitors or violate our policies. Your understanding and cooperation are essential in maintaining a harmonious atmosphere for all.
11. Breakfast is a la carte. It is NOT included in the rates. You can purchase it when confirming and finalizing your reservation through the website, contacting us through Whatsapp or at the front desk upon your arrival.
