- As we hold your booking in good faith, we operate under a30 day cancellation policy.
- Within 30 days of arrival your booking is non-refundable ortransferable.
- Considerations for transfers will be made depending on the time of yearand availability and is subject to management discretion and re-letting of theaccommodation.
- Transfers and cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will incur a $100fee.
- Gift vouchers are also subject to the above conditions.
- We highly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance to covercancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies.
- Secrets on the Lake is a small family business and we appreciate yourunderstanding and cooperation of our Cancellation policy to ensure we cancontinue to operate and deliver extraordinary experiences for our guests.

- Upon booking you are accepting our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policies.
- Card surcharges apply.
- A credit card is required on file to confirm your booking.
- Bookings made at the last minute or under special rates are subject to availability and do not include preference over specific room selection. This ensures we can accommodate longer 2-3 night bookings and maintain availability for guests planning extended stays. Minimum stay requirements: 2 nights is required for all bookings | 3 nights applies over public holiday periods | Single night stays may be accepted at managements discretion, subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate all of our guests fairly and efficiently.
- Check-in is 2pm. Check-in's after 7pm may be subject to a $100 after hours fee.
- Check-out is 10am.
- Secrets facilities and accommodation are for paying guests only. Please call to discuss any intention to have visitors.
- Most of our accommodation is for adults only (excluding Whistle Stop & The Nest). Please contact us prior to booking if you intend to bring infants or children.
- The balance of your stay is due 30 days prior to arrival. You authorise Secrets to deduct the balance via the credit card provided upon booking.
- Guests are responsible to pay for all damage, loss or theft incurred during their stay.
- Smoking and Vaping is only permitted on your treehouse deck or in designated garden areas.
- Special conditions apply for wedding parties.
- Strictly NO pets allowed.
- Management reserve the right to override computer or system glitches.
