Property and Cancelation Policies :
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be charged. Reservation for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
In the event of a now show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire length of stay shall be charged. Reservation for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
Terms and Conditions
The room rate is inclusive of 7% Service charge, 2% Accommodation Tax and 10% VAT.
The minimum-age requirement to reserve a hotel room is 18 Years old. All guests stay at the hotel are required to show legal identification that show a photograph at check-in.
All reservations require a credit card as form of guarantee. Deposit are not generally require unless otherwise specified.
The official check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. Guarantee late check-out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best available rate of the day. Late check-out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best available rate of the day.
