We are a 3 minutes walking distance from the Lapaz Plaza, 5 minutes walk to Lapaz Public Market, Jollibee and grocery/ pharmacy named MerryMart; and a 10 minute walk to Gaisano Iloilo City. We are centrally located in Iloilo City and around 30 minutes from the airport, accessible by car, taxi or van. The ground floor of the building houses our lobby, breakfast and WiFi zone area

Terms and Conditions
Check IN and Check Out: Check-time is at 2:00 pm. All guests arriving must register at the Reception Desk. All Guests are required to present a VALID ID, valid passport or valid travel document to prove their identity.
Early check in will be charged an additional of 50% of the room rate as early as 6 am to 12 noon.
Check Out time is at 12 noon. Pls notify Reception Desk for extension of stay. Late check out will be charge Php 200 per hour. Guests checking out after 5pm will be charged an additional night stay.
Only registered guests can use the guest rooms. Visitors must register at the Reception Desk and are allowed to stay until 10 pm, after which, Philippa's Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to evict them or will be charged an additional of Php 500/ person.
POLICY ON PETS:Small dogs are permitted on the guest rooms (we are a pet friendly hotel), as long as we are informed upon booking of reservation. An additional of Php 250 per dog/ per night will be charged for the cleaning fee. Dogs or pets are not allowed in the public areas of the pension house.
PAYMENT: Payment of first night is required upon registration. Extension of stay, shall be paid daily before check out time of 12 noon. All other remaining balance including extras shall be settled upon check out.
Kindly leave your key at the Reception Desk when leaving the premises and upon check out. Additional of Php 300 shall be charged for the lost key.
Removal of fixtures and equipments are prohibited and guests should retain from using the fixtures and furnitures for purposes other than intended. Guests are asked not to move, remove or change furniture.If Philippa's Bed and Breakfast properties are tampered and be taken by guests, said guests will be charged accordingly.
FORCE MAJEURE: Creating a disturbance that displeases other guests is not permitted. Guests shall observe evening peace between 10 pm and 7 am in the morning the following day. Privacy of the other guests must be respected.
Philippa's Bed and Breakfast strictly forbids any illegal and criminal activities such as fighting, gambling, drug taking, or prostitution in the premises. No guest should put up or circulate salacious books, pictures nor play such recordings or videos. Philippa's Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to report such activity to Local Government Authorities.
Partying, drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking are strictly NOT allowed inside the room. Guests deemed to be smoking inside the room shall be penalized with Php 1,000. Other behavior that may cause fire is strictly prohibited.
