Terms and Conditions
- Payment and Terms at Check In/Check Out - Free Direct Cancellations - The remaining of your booking fee must be paid in full upon arrival - We do not accept 'Bar Tabs' due to previous unwanted experiences - Upon Check-In, you must have a valid Bank/Debt Card and one form of I.D - Check-In Time is 3pm - Check-Out time is 10:30am - You will be given the main entrance keypad code upon arrival and must not give this out to anyone other than hotel guests (failing to comply could lead you to be asked to leave - Rooms 119, 118, 117 and 120 are directly above the bar area, so we strongly advise against booking these rooms on weekends if you feel the noise will disturb you - Breakfast can be added in the mornings (we dont include breakfast in the rates as we have a varied menu set at various different prices) - If you are found to of been/are smoking in your room, their will be a £150 charge - Any rude or violent guests will be asked to leave -
- Traveling with Minors - We have an age restriction of 18 (meaning you must be at least 18 years old to book a room with us - In the event of using one of our travel cots, it is at your own discretion to supply your own travel cot bedding, due to health and safety policies.
- Parking - Parking is FREE of charge and you will be asked for your registration upon arrival - We have several cameras overlooking the carpark area, however they do not cover all areas as it is a large carpark
- Hotel Events - You can see information on all our events on our Facebook page and Website - Please be aware that our bar is likely to be noisy on the weekends as we tend to have entertainment on and/or Function events, so please consider this before booking.
- Dispute Resolution/Issues - Please report and issues or disputes to a member of staff as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible rather than you issue a complaint weeks down the line after your stay (as this tends to lack evidence or recordings and can become a complicated or unresolved).

- We will not be made liable if you choose not to listen or take note of the main entrance door code upon check-in, resulting in you possibly being locked out for the night - It is your own responsibility to look after any minors - It is your own responsibility to make us or the chef aware of any allergies or intolerances that you may have.
- Waiver - Please consider that once you have stayed at our establishment, you may experience an after effect of feeling like you have gone completely BONKERS!Wheelchair Users: We are unfortunately not a wheelchair friendly establishment in regards to the guest rooms however our bar area is.
