The Daringa House is our 2 bedroom Luxury stay.
The original homestead on the Oxenberry Farm has been meticulously restored to its former glory to provide a luxurious experience!
With 2 large bedrooms, spacious en suites, a stunning kitchen/dining area and an open fire in the lounge for the winter months, it feels just like home!
The Colton Cottage, our Luxury 1 bedroom self-contained cottage is a mini version of the Daringa house.
Enjoy a glass of our complimentary sparkling wine on the back verandah and enjoy the serenity of our beautiful garden/vineyards views.
Our Pedler Cottage, is our cosy 2 bedroom restored cedar cottage. Self contained with all the necessities, and overlooking our grass area and vineyards.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Direct bookings can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
- Between 5 and 7 days, the guest will be charged 100% of full stay
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- All booking cancellations must be made via email to info@oxenberry.com.
- Any cancellation after 5pm will be considered to have been received the following business day.

PAYMENTS
To secure your booking, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
Full payment will be taken from Credit Card provided, 7 days prior to check in.
CHECK IN AND OUT
Check in is daily from 2pm
Check out is daily by 10am
No early or late check ins unless pre arranged and approved ahead of arrival
You will receive a self check in code for contactless check in to your cottage.
This code is required for any check-ins after 4pm weekdays and 5pm weekends, the reception is unattended.
OCCUPANCY
The occupancy per cottage must not exceed the amount booked
Events of any type are NOT to be held on the premises.
All cottages are non smoking
We do not allow pets in our cottages
Any damage to the cottages will incur charges
CHILDREN
All of our cottages are family friendly.
Children under 2 stay free, a porta cot available on request. Children over the age of 2, must be counted as an Adult.
Please note we do not have any portable beds/sofas etc
