Terms and Conditions
- The balance of your total room cost is due at check-in at the hotel.
- We accept cash (US Dollars and Costa Rican Colones), and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Amex).
- For property take-overs, the total amount of the reservation for all hotel rooms is due at check-in even if not all the rooms are occupied by the group.
We have the right to charge your credit card for any unpaid services after departure.
Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use the safety box provided in your room and ensure you collected all of your belongings before checkout.
