IMPORTANT HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
i. The booking is only for the number of people specified in the booking summary. Both CHILDREN and ADULTS must be registered on the booking summary. If you would like to book CHILDREN under 12 years old then please contact manalombok@gmail.com for further information. Extra guests are not allowed without prior approval from Mana management. To request additional guests after making the booking please email manalombok@gmail.com.
ii. No pre-payment required. Full payment on arrival. Note Villa additional clause xvi. below.
iii. Booking Confirmation is subject to valid credit card details.
iv. Guests will be charged the following cancellation fees:
- More than 14 days before arrival date: Free cancellation.
- 14 days or less before arrival date: the guest will be charged 50% of their total stay.
- Less than 2 days or no show: the guest will be charged 100% of their total stay.
vi. Check out is from 7am until 12pm.
vii. Reception is closed from 10.30 pm until 7 am.
viii. Cabanas and Garden Rooms are limited to a maximum of 3 people (adults and children). Bungalows are limited to a maximum of 4 people (adults and children).
THE FINE PRINT
ix. No smoking in rooms.
x. No pets allowed.
xi. Under 15 years old not allowed in the dorm.
xii. Mana is not responsible in the case of damage or loss of personal or rented items.
xiii. Different Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy apply to group bookings of more than 2 rooms or dorm beds (booked together or as separate bookings). Please contact manalombok@gmail.com for more details regarding these conditions and policies.
xiv. Rooms/Beds cannot be rebooked for the same or different price without prior confirmation from Mana Management. This includes but is not limited to Booking Agents and Retreat Hosts.
xv. No shows will be charged the full cancelation fee as per hotel policy and entire booking cancelled.
xvi. In addition to the standard Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy Villa bookings require the 50% DP payment to be made at least 2 weeks before arrival, or at time of booking.
