Payment terms - Card details are taken to secure booking. All rooms will have full payment taken up to 96 hours before your arrival date using the card details provided along with a £75 deposit.. Any card details that are not valid will mean the booking will be cancelled. All bookings will include a £75 deposit amount which will be refunded within 10 working days after check out depending on the bank you use. We reserve the right to withhold your deposit if there is any Loss, theft, smoking or damage to the apartments and or property. Please note our smoking policy also includes vapes.
Any damaged caused to the room, amenities and hotel property will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy - We offer a 72 hours cancellation period were no payment will be taken if cancelled 72 hours before the arrival date, any cancellation after this time will be charged at the full rate.

Booking Policy - All check ins must show the relevant ID to match the booking details. If the booking has been made under a different name then the person booking must contact us directly with authorisation of the guest and right to charge the card in accordance with our card security.
Additional guests- You are not permitted to have additional guests in the property or room unless previously agreed by a member of management. We strictly do not allow additional guests to stay over night. .All guests including the original person to book the room will be asked to leave with immediate effect if found to do so.

Noise levels- All rooms have monitored noise sensors and we ask that all guests respect other rooms and keep the noise level to a minimum especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am

Illegal Drug Use - The use of any Illegal drug in or around the property is strictly prohibited and guest will be escorted of the property with immediate affect. Any drug use found after check out will be reported to the local authorities with all relevant contact details. 

All smoke alarms are individually zoned to each room for smoke and tampering so any false alarm will incur a £75 fine.
At PS Apartments we pride ourselves on providing safe and secure accommodation for all our guests.
To aid us with this we operate 24 hour CCTV across the site.
We would like to respectfully remind our guests that we operate a zero tolerance policy on the following;
• Non-residents should not be allowed access to your room or the building
• Smoking on the premises• Excessive noise
• Damage to the property.
• Use of illegal drugs
• Theft of PS Apartment property.
 A member of staff will be checking all areas and CCTV regularly through the night and any guest found breaching these rules will be asked to leave the property with immediate effect.
