in 1876 The Arena Black Lion Hotel is a brand new refurbished Manchester themed
hotel that boosts 13 luxury themed bedrooms of iconic streets and buildings
that Manchester has to offer.
The 13 brand new swanky rooms are individually furnished, and come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen Smart TVs with Netflix streaming, tea and coffee making facilities, heating controlled system, king-size beds and walk in showers. The hotel offers 24-hour hotel access, key card access and night porters are at your call if needed. Breakfast is offered for no extra cost. Our traditional pub downstairs serves a gastropub menu and a list of your favourite drinks!
Located in the perfect spot for the city-goers, we are a 10-minute
walk away from the Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre and a short walk to Victoria train
station, the local metro links and the AO arena. We also have an amazing connection to CO-OP Live arena via car (approximately 15 minutes) or via tram (approximately 12 minutes)

For a flexible booking - Payment will not be made for your reservation until 3 days before arrival, if you cancel your reservation more than 3 days in advance we will not charge any fees. Any cancellations within 3 days of check-in will then fall within our non refundable policy and no date changes or refunds will be authorised.

- The Arena Black Lion Hotel offers affordable accommodation in the Manchester area. There is a restaurant/bar located downstairs that can be used by all hotel guests.
- When arriving at the Arena Black Lion hotel, you will be greeted by a member of staff who will be able to check you in. There is no on site car parking however, you can contact the hotel directly for advise on where to park nearby.
- Check in is from 2 pm and check out is 10:30 am the following morning. Early or late check in can be added subject to availability for a £15 fee.
- The hotel may request a £60 security deposit which will be taken on check in, and refunded on the day of check out. Subject to no damages or smoking in the room.
- The property does not accept cash
