When booking with child the system will not calculate the breakfast and dinner supplement for the child. The supplements will be added manually to your reservation. 

Guarantee Rules   

For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, the rooms will be held until the hotel check-out time the day following the scheduled arrival date. For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, the rooms will be held until the cancellation time and according to the rules of the reservation. In the event that more guests arrive compared to the reservation, the hotel will accommodate them subject the hotel’s occupancy. The additional guests will be accommodated at the hotel at their own expense or at a comparable hotel in the area.

Smoking Policy
The hotels allows smoking only on the balcony of the accommodation or in the designated smoking areas of the hotel grounds. Smoking inside the room will result in a fine. Many of the hotel's public areas are non-smoking, including the reception, the staircases, all of the guests’ room corridors and any other indoor venues.

Exchange Rates

Rates confirmed in foreign currencies may be converted to local currency by the hotel during the time of your stay and based on the hotel’s exchange rate of the day. The hotel will not be liable for the exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel’s control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Rate/ Reservations Validity

Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that the hotel retain official records of its reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Visa/ Passport Policy

Please check with the Embassy of Seychelles nearest to you in advance of traveling to ensure that you are compliant with the country’s entry rules and procedures. Non-compliant guests may not be allowed to enter the country. The hotel is not responsible for any failure to comply with the Seychelles’ immigration policies. All non-local residents must present a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Seychelles.

NOTICE OF DISCLOSURE OF PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION

In consideration of being permitted to utilize the recreation facilities on property and all activities within and related to the activity (“Activity” or “Activities”) as facilitated or offered by The Seaboards Apartments, you hereby agree, for yourself and on behalf of any accompanying children or minors for whom you are the parent or legal guardian as follows:

You understand that while the Hotel is taking reasonable precautions to protect its guests from exposure to COVID-19, there remains risk of contracting the virus during participation in Activities as the Activities necessarily involve contact with other people and contact with surfaces other people have touched.

Should you or an immediate family member contract COVID-19, have symptoms associated with the virus or come in contact with an infected person, either before or during your stay at the hotel, you will immediately advise the hotel and provide information as to all employees, staff, and members with whom you did, or may have, come into contact with at the hotel and its facilities.

You also authorize the hotel to advise hotel employees, staff, members or any third-person with whom you did or may have come into contact with while at the hotel and its facilities, that they were potentially exposed to COVID-19. You understand that the hotel will take all reasonable steps to keep your identity private; however, to protect the health and safety of others, it may be necessary for hotel to disclose your identity and health status with respect to COVID-19 to those you came into contact with. 
You hereby consent to such disclosure, including on behalf of any minors, and agree such information would not be protected under any privacy laws or regulations.

You are therefore, hereby release and forever discharge The Seaboards Apartments, the hotel owner and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, independent contractors and employees (“Hotel Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, damages, costs, and expenses (“Claims”) including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage or wrongful death arising from your stay and/or accompanying minors’ stay, whether based out of negligence, contract, strict liability or other bases, whether such claims are known or unknown to you at the time, and whether caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omissions of The Seaboards Apartments or by any other Hotel Party (excepting the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Hotel Parties).

You hereby agree to waive your right and/or any accompanying Minors right to bring any and all such Claims, including any right to sue the Hotel Parties and to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel Parties from and against any claims arising out of or relating to your stay and/or any Minors stay at The Seaboards Apartments, (except if from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Hotel Parties).

This waiver and release shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Seychelles located in its capital Victoria.

General Provisions

You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the website and your solicitation of offers to purchase and/or sell products and/or services. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Seychelles, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the terms of this Agreement shall be filed only in the Seychelles Magistrate Court in the countries capital city Victoria. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of this court for the purposes of litigating any such action. All disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the website, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY NOW HAVE OR HEREAFTER POSSESS TO A TRIAL BY JURY. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent that applicable law in your country of residence requires application of another law and/or jurisdiction and this cannot be excluded by contract. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except as otherwise set forth herein. No waiver of any term, provision or condition of this Agreement, whether by conduct or otherwise, in any one or more instances, shall be deemed to be, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other term, provision or condition hereof, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver of any such term, provision or condition hereof. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver.
