- The rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% VAT, and 1% Provincial Tax.
- Rates are valid for 2 persons stay in one-bedroom and up to 3 adults in a Family Room.
- Any additional person to be charged extra as per Family & Extra Person Policy.
- Complimentary WiFi internet is available in guest rooms and throughout the resort.
- Guests can use the gym free of charge.
- Standard check-in time is 14.00 hrs. and check-out time is 12.00 hrs. (noon).
- Additional breakfast is charged at THB 350 Net per person per day.
- Additional breakfast at THB 350 Net per person per day (Stay by 01 November - 16 April) and at THB 250 Net per person per day (Stay by 17 April - 31 October)
- Hotel will require a THB 1,000 cash security deposit upon check-in for incidental charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure
- Our property has Standard Kitchen Set on request and subject to availability. The standard kitchen set at THB 1,500 net per set is required on arrival and non-refund upon departure.
- For any inquiries regarding the Activation of Electric Cooking Stove, there is an additional charge THB 500 per stay.
- Deluxe Room located in our annex building, our 1 Bedroom Deluxe designed with both comfort and functionally in mind. Directly opposite Patong Bay Residence main building. It provides a relaxing environment to start and end each day for your stay in Patong.
- Baby cots are free of charge and are subject to availability.
- Children under 12 years old can share a bed with their parents at no additional cost, provided that no extra bed is requested.·
- Children aged 6 to 11 years old who share a bed with their parents and require breakfast will incur a charge of THB 200 per person per day.·
- Children aged 6 to 11 years old with extra bed will incur a charge of THB 600 per person per day.·
- Extra person (Adult) is charged at THB 900 net per person per day with extra bed & breakfast and the extra bed at THB 600 net per person per day on room only (Not applicable in Deluxe Room)
- Extra person (Adult) is charged at THB 200 net per person per day without bed & breakfast, we will provided only Duvet, Pillow and Bath Towel.
- A maximum of 1 extra person/bed is allowed for all room types, except Deluxe Room with an applicable extra charge. Kindly arrange for payment to be made directly with the hotel.
- Stay 4 nights or more : Get complimentary limited drink per person per stay.
