- If the guest cancels the reservation. The deposit amount will be kept in the hotel's credits for 1 year and is non-refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are non-refundable.
- In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: Bloomguesthouse.cm@gmail.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

Reservation policy
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.
Check-in / Check-out
- We are always here! Open 5:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m., seven days a week.
- Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. We’ll be ready for you.
- Check-out time: 12:00 a.m. Seize the day, friend!
- One child under 8 years old stays free of charge.
- A maximum of one pet is allowed per room.
- Only dogs or cats are allowed as pets in the Hotel.
- All pet vaccinations especially anti-rabies must be current and valid.
- Only one pet per room is allowed at the Hotel.
- The weight of your pet can stay up to 10 kilograms.
- The cost of accommodation per pet is 250.- /3 nights
- 1,000.- security deposit per room, if there is no damage at check out. The hotel will refund the security deposit in full.
- In all public places, Pets must be kept on a leash or held with the hands of the owner at all times.
- Guests have to have bowls for food and water, sleeping mats and waste bags.
- If the dog or cat excretes in the common area or hotel corridor, Guests must keep it clean and tidy.
- Pets are not allowed to be left unattended by the owners in the Hotel room. (If left unattended, Hotel has the right to charge a fee of 1,000.-
- Dogs of 4 breeds are not allowed to stay: Thai Ridgeback, Bang Kaew, Rottweiler and Pitbull.
