- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Reservations must be cancelled or modified 7 days prior to guest arrival day to avoid full cancellation fee for non promotional rates.
- Pre-authorization of the full amount will be done at the point of booking. There will be no refunds on cancellations that was made out of the cancellation window. Cancellation will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking. Amendment of stay is possible at a fee but subjected to rooms availability and rate difference; if any. - 100% room charge applies for any No Show booking.

ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข
• A refundable security deposit of SGD100 per booking is required upon check in.
• Child below 10-year-old stay for free using existing bed. No breakfast included.
• Additional occupant 10-year-old and above is chargeable at SGD25 nett per night using existing bed. Extra bed is available at SGD55 nett per night.
• Restricted Group Size of 3 Pax (in-house guest + visitor) and visitors must leave hotel premises by 11pm.
• Minimum age requirement for check in is 18 years old.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at the hotel.
Credit card used as mode of guarantee/ payments has to be produced during check-in for verification purpose. Hotel reserved the rights to only accept bookings made in the name of credit card holder.
