The gait of Maisons Wat Kor is to primarily develop local expertise to ensure that local populations benefit directly from the spillovers that our establishment provides. Our most concern is that most Cambodia today like to change the traditional houses into modern styles like Chinese apartment style which does not match the surrounding circumambulation and left the culture with disoriented attributes. Because of all these, Maisons Wat Kor is built to encourage our people to understand and preserve our precious traditional architects for the world and travellers to discover its essence with not only its beauty but also the authentic Khmer food we offer to our guests. Wat Kor village have preserved very a beautiful, traditional antique wooden houses on stilts which offer authentic atmosphere of the rural and beautiful Cambodian countryside. Most of the local people like to change their houses into the concrete Chinese apartment or into the modern houses like everywhere else around the globe. We decided to build Maisons Wat Kor to show the local people that we have our own architecture fitted within our place, tradition and environment. The architecture, the local authentic fine cuisine inspired from daily family cook, the local hospitality, the surrounding environment and the location of Maisons Wat Kor made our guests feel pleasingly unique.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- 21 days before the check-in date at no charge
- 21-14 days to prior check-in date, one night of room rate is charged
- 14 days less to prior check-in date or no show, 100% charge is applied
Terms and Conditions
The guest agrees not to hold the hotel liable for loss of cash and/or valuables kept in her/his room.
Should the guest decides against using the safe deposit box, he/she also agree to be personally liable if the indicated person, firm, or corporation fails to pay any of the charges incurred, and to have Maisons Wat Kor hotel bill his/her presented credit card in the event he/she fail to sign its charge record upon check-out.
The Hotel shall not beheld liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified hereindirectly or indirectly occurred by or through or in consequence of war,strikes, riots and Acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the hotel.
Disputes action orother matters arising. It is expressly agreed and declared that the proper lawof the Agreement is the Law of Cambodia and that any disputes, action or othermatters arising there under shall be determinate in a court of Law in Cambodiaand in accordance with the laws and procedures of Cambodia and under any andall circumstances.
