If you cancel your reservation 2-3 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 30% of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation one day prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 20% of your deposit.
Force Majeure Clause – Natural Disasters：
On the check-in date, if a land typhoon warning is issued for Taiwan, or if other force majeure events occur that prevent the guest from checking in, a full deposit refund will be offered or the deposit may be retained and applied to a future reservation within three months. Guests must proactively contact us to cancel by 3:00 PM on the day of check-in to be eligible for this policy.

．基於安全因素，宿舍房不接待7歲以下兒童。
．Each guest must present a valid ID for registration by staff.
．Check-in time：3PM-10PM／Check-out time：before 11:00AM
．For safety reasons, dorm rooms are only for people over 7 years old.
．為配合政策，自2025年1月1日起『獨立套房』將不再主動提供一次性備品(如牙刷、牙膏、梳子、浴帽... 等)，毛/浴巾仍會提供，基於安全衛生及環保，皆鼓勵自行攜帶。
．『宿舍房型』無提供一次性備品及毛/浴巾，請自行攜帶或可至前台購買租借。
．各房型淋浴間皆備有沐浴乳、洗髮乳以及吹風機。
