- We have 72 hrs cancellation policy. *[the reservation
should be cancelled 72 hours BEFORE 12:00 noon of your check-in date]. For example: the booking for 10th of January should be cancelled BEFORE 12:00 noon of January 07th.
- During the period of Christmas & New Year we have minimum stay of 3 nights (22 December - 04 January).
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you book the room for less than 3 nights during this period.

Please contact Us if you arrive later than expected (delayed flight, change to your plans). If you don't show up and don't let us know in advance (48 hours prior to check-in time) we reserve the right to charge you full price for the first night of your stay.
