License AgreementThis License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and betweenThe Inn at Wrigleyville and Guest as of the date last set forth. Forgood and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which isacknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1 Property: The property is located at:3617-19 N Sheffield Ave.Chicago, IL 60613
2 The property is fully furnished and includes towels, bed linens andkitchen amenities.
3 Number of guests: The licensee party shall consist of a pre-agreed number guests.4 Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limitedto
4 persons in the MVP Suite, 8 persons in the All-Star Suite, 9persons in the Legends Suite, 9 persons in the Stadium Suite,9 persons in the Home Run Suite, and 9 persons in the GrandSlam Suite.
5 Term of License: The license begins at 4 p.m. on Check-in Dateand ends at 11 a.m. on the Checkout Date.
6 Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 or 3 night minimumstay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holidayperiods or Cubs home game periods. If the license term istaken for less than the 2 or 3 days, the guest may be chargedfor the minimum required days.
7 License Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the License Rulesattached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property andshall cause all members of the rental party and anyone elseGuest permits on the property to abide by the following rules atall times while at the property.
8 Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property forpurposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercisethis right of access in a reasonable manner. If the premisesappear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall informHomeowner within 24 hours of Check-In.
9 License Rate and Fees: Payment is due in full at the time ofbooking. This amount will include the rental rate as well as acleaning fee plus the City of Chicago hotel tax of 23.4%.
10 Property Damage/Deposit: Guest hereby grants consent forOwner to charge the provided credit card a $1000 refundablesecurity deposit for all second floor unit bookings ($750 for allother units). Deposit is charged in full at time of booking. IfOwner is unable to charge the deposit you acknowledge thatyour License to use the property will be revoked withoutrefund. You hereby grant consent for Owner to charge yourcredit card in any amount of actual damages to the Propertyarising from your use of the Property, as well as for missingitems and excessive cleanup charges. You agree to leave theproperty in the condition as found less normal wear and tear.
11 Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/herreservation, the payment will be refunded as follows:There is a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation at least 14days prior to the Check-in Date.There is no refund if you cancel your reservation within 14 days ofyour Check-in Date.
2 Payment Method: Payment in full is due at the time of booking.Acceptable payment method is by credit card. Your credit cardwill be charged in full at the time of booking. The credit cardused for payment must be present upon arrival

By accepting thisreservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assumingthe risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises orothers whom they invite to use the premise.• Parties/Gatherings of any kind are NOT permitted on the property.• Keep the property and all furnishings in good order• Only use appliances for their intended uses.• Pets are NOT allowed.• Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicablefines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicleowner.• Towels and linens are not permitted to be taken from the units.• Rooftop and club level access are strictly prohibited. Staying at theINN does not confer guests any rights to these areas which arepart of a separately owned andmanaged business. Unauthorized access to any restrictedareas may lead to termination of your stay and/or arrest andprosecution.
