-         A prepayment of 50% is required to confirm your reservation.
-         The Hotel reserves the right to hold this payment once a booking has been made.
-         The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations, without prior notice, if an invalid credit card was used to make the reservation.
-         For Standard Rate booking, the prepayment of 50% (after the deduction of S$50) will be released in the event of cancellation, provided notice is given more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
-         For Non-Refundable booking, the prepayment of 50% is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances and the remaining balance of the total booking value will be collected. Please be sure of your travel plans before committing to a non-refundable booking.
-         The remaining balance payment or full payment will be made on the day of check-in or in the case of no show.
-         For all debit and credit card transactions, an additional fee of 3% bank charges will apply. Kindly pay in cash or by NETS if you wish to avoid this additional fee.
-         Early check-in and/ or late check-out requests are subjected to room availability and chargeable for a fee.

Hotel Rules and Regulations
-        The Hotel requires a miscellaneous deposit of S$50 per room in cash (amount equivalent in other currency is accepted) for incidental charges.
-        The Hotel has a strict NO SMOKING policy, S$200 for violation. There is a designated smoking zone at our terrace area on Level 2.
-         Please treat our staff with respect. We will not tolerate any aggressive and abusive behaviour towards our staff.

GOOD NEWS! We now offer SIMBA traveller's SIM cards for as low as S$10 for 100GB internet valid for 30 days. You can now explore Singapore fuss free and stay connected with your loved ones. Kindly approach our front desk staff for the purchase of SIM cards. 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that our property consists of two buildings - one is equipped with lift, the other is only accessible by one flight of stairs. All our family rooms, standard single room w/o window and a few other room type is only accessible by one flight of stairs, hence it is not PWD friendly or might be inconvenient to some people. We do have a luggage lift for your bags, please approach our staff for assistance. 

We DO NOT PROVIDE washer dryer, safe box, microwave and mini fridge. We do provide laundry service at a fee, please approach our staff for further assistance.
