Cancellation fees for long term reservations will be charged at the standard rate for that night, not the discounted rate.

Guests with Lake Havasu City addresses will not be permitted to check in.
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours in advance or in the case of no show, will be billed the cost of their stay.
At check in, we require a security deposit of $100.
